We are seeking dedicated and skilled Legal and Human Resources personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal support in real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and assisting with legal document preparation and review. This role plays a crucial part in safeguarding the firm

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts related to property sales, leases, and development agreements.
  • Review HR policies and develop more to suit business objectives.
  • Conduct legal research on real estate laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws.
  • Assist in title searches and reviews of property titles.
  • Provide legal advice regarding laws, land use, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel on complex matters as needed.
  • Represent the firm in legal proceedings, including mediation and arbitration, if necessary.
  • Prepare legal documents, such as Offer letters, Deed of Assignments, memos, and reports etc.
  • Maintain accurate and organized legal records and databases.
  • Stay updated on changes in real estate law and best practices, as well as developments in human resources practice and procedure.


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in real estate law or related legal fields and Human Resource Management.
  • CIPM or any relevant human resource training/certification.
  • Familiar with real estate law and practices.
  • Strong understanding of real estate regulations, contracts, and negotiation processes.
  • Competence in Human Resource Management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
