Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advisory services across the company’s real estate operations, including property acquisitions
- Leasing, documentation, compliance, and dispute management.
Requirements:
- LL.B degree and a valid call to the Nigerian Bar.
- 3–5 years’ post-call experience (real estate or property law experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law, land use regulations, and commercial contracts.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters efficiently.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
