Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to leasing agreements, vendor contracts, financing agreements, and any other legal documents essential to the company's operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while safeguarding the interests of the company.
  • Advise senior management on legal risks and ensure company operations align with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage legal disputes, providing counsel to resolve issues efficiently through negotiation or litigation
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings when required during the contract duration.
  • Support corporate governance, ensuring policies, procedures, and advise senior management on legal risks, and ensure the company operations align with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft and review internal policies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts and company operations, offering proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal units to develop risk management strategies and ensure legal compliance across all functions.
  • Provide legal guidance to NHDF, Halal, finance, human resources, and other units on matters affecting their operations.
  • Offer training and education on legal principles to ensure company-wide awareness and compliance.
  • Support strategic transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing deals by drafting and negotiating relevant legal documents.
  • Perform other legal tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Minimum of a BSc.
