Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads that support our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and skilled at using digital tools to attract potential customers and convert them into business opportunities.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, social media, and digital tools.
  • Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate and timely information.
  • Nurture leads through follow-up communication and relationship building.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
  • Track, analyse, and report lead generation performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and data management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
