Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, social media, and digital tools.
- Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate and timely information.
- Nurture leads through follow-up communication and relationship building.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Track, analyse, and report lead generation performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience
- Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or business development.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Excellent research, analytical, and data management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
