Job summary
Reporting to the Head of Chambers, you will provide legal representation to corporations, advise clients on a broad range of corporate issues and represent them in litigation, transactions, and regulatory compliance. You will work in a variety of environments, ranging from small, entrepreneurial corporations to large corporations.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft contracts, leases, and other documents
- Promote and enforce company policies
- Prepare, review, and monitor basic corporate contracts and agreements
- Manage litigation and other legal claims
- Advise management on relevant legal matters
- Develop and oversee litigation and dispute resolution strategies
- Manage outside counsel
- Represent the company in court or before administrative agencies
- Develop and submit reports to senior management
- Manage corporate legal matters, including forming, maintaining, and dissolving entities and legal contracts, and resolving disputes
- Perform initial screenings of documents to determine legal effect and significance
- Evaluate and manage risk presented by new contracts
- Perform or oversee negotiations and drafting of contracts
- Attend meetings and depositions, such as arbitrations and trials
- Prepare and review contracts, budgets, and reports
- Manage legal staffing to achieve business goals
- Advise the management team on legal needs and prepare legal briefs
- Represent the firm at law conferences and legal seminars
- Develop new legal products
- Serve as legal advisor to business units
- Develop new legal approaches
- Maintain awareness of new legal developments and changes in regulations
Requirements:
- LLB, BL
- 4 years experience in a law practice
- Knowledge of general business law and procedures
- Knowledge of state and municipal
