Job summary
The Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal support and guidance to the company. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws, protects the company’s interests in property transactions, and manages legal risks.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and vet diverse property instruments, including Deeds of Assignment, Deeds of Lease, Deeds of Sub-lease, Deeds of Mortgage, and Deeds of Gift.
- Draft and review Sale Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and Power of Attorneys.
- Conduct thorough title searches and basic due diligence
- Liaising with external lawyers, government agencies, and officials of land registries
- Advising management on legal risks relating to property transactions
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Supporting dispute resolution and documentation processes
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
