We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry/Dry Cleaning Service Attendant to join our team. This role involves handling the cleaning and care of customers’ garments and textiles through various laundry and dry cleaning processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, an attention to detail, and a strong understanding of fabrics and garment care. You will ensure that all laundry and dry cleaning services are completed with the highest quality, in a timely manner, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sort, tag, and process customer garments for dry cleaning or laundry, ensuring proper identification and care instructions are followed.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and other specialized equipment according to garment types and cleaning instructions.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents, detergents, and stain removers for various fabric types.
- Inspect garments for any defects or damages prior to processing and notify management if repairs are needed.
- Operate dry cleaning machines and equipment with precision, ensuring garments are cleaned properly and without damage.
- Use steam presses and hand finishing techniques to ensure garments are wrinkle-free, properly shaped, and in excellent condition.
- Provide specialized care for delicate items such as suits, dresses, and formal wear.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Ensure that garments are returned to customers in a timely manner, with attention to quality and presentation.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with care and seek solutions to resolve any problems promptly.
- Inspect cleaned garments for quality assurance, ensuring that stains, wrinkles, and odors are completely removed.
- Fold, hang, or package garments according to established standards
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience
- SSCE certificate is required
