Lash Technician

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired lash styles, recommend suitable options, and address any concerns or queries they may have
• Skillfully apply eyelash extensions adhering to the salon's standards, ensuring a natural and glamorous look that complements clients' features.
• Perform lash fills and touch-ups for returning clients, ensuring long-lasting and consistent results.
• Customize lash designs based on clients' eye shapes, preferences, and facial features delivering a unique look.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment at all times, following proper hygiene and safety protocols as stated in the Salon handbook.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of OND 
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience 
• Demonstrate experience in providing eyelash extension services with a portfolio showcasing your lash work
• In-depth knowledge of various lash extension styles, application techniques, and lash adhesive products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and provide top-notch customer service.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude that contributes to a friendly and welcoming salon atmosphere.

Benefit:

Remuneration: NGN 60,000 - 80,000 monthly
