Job Summary

We are looking for a trusted and highly skilled Laravel Backend Developer with strong expertise in PHP Laravel to take ownership of our technology stack. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech and/or crypto app development, a solid understanding of blockchain technology, and the leadership ability to guide and mentor a growing development team.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of the Pgold App (mobile & backend).
Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter mobile apps.
Build and manage robust backend services using PHP Laravel.
Optimize server infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.
Ensure best practices in coding standards, architecture, and security.
Integrate blockchain functionalities as required.
Mentor and manage junior developers, fostering technical excellence.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in Flutter and PHP Laravel.
Solid experience in server management and deployment.
Background in fintech or crypto application development.
Understanding of blockchain technology and integrations.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
High level of integrity, accountability, and trustworthiness.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Hybrid: Remote & On-site as required)
