Junior Mobile App Developer/Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining mobile applications
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement user-friendly features.
• Participate in code reviews, daily standups, and team meetings.
• Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance on Android and iOS platforms.
• Document your work clearly and contribute to the project’s technical documentation.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with mobile development trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and React Native.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and mobile UI/UX principles.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points):

• Experience using version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with tools such as Expo, Firebase, or Redux.
• Basic knowledge of Android Studio or Xcode for native debugging.
• Projects or portfolio demonstrating your mobile development experience (even if academic or personal).

Work Conditions:

• Location: Remote/On-site at Abuja as required.
• Working hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday
