Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide tech support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot connectivity and router issues (preferably Mikrotik)
- Repair and maintain laptops and other IT hardware
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance
- Train staff on basic IT procedures and troubleshooting
- Maintain daily activity reports and collaborate with team members
- Coordinate with external vendors when needed
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years hands-on experience in IT support (Fintech or call centre experience is a plus)
- Strong networking skills and router configuration (Mikrotik preferred)
- Ability to diagnose and repair hardware
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Windows OS, remote tools, and ticketing systems
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to quality service
- Age Requirement: 22 – 30 years
