Tech Support Manager
Job summary
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tech Support Manager to support the CEO/CTO and cross-functional teams across product, marketing, operations, and customer success. You’ll help streamline internal processes, coordinate tasks, assist with QA and product research, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Responsibilities:
Product & Project Support:
- Create, manage, and update Jira or Linear tasks.
- Assist with product testing (QA), document bugs, and reproduce issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge bases (Notion, Confluence).
- Help coordinate product launch checklists and
retrospectives.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Compile reports using tools.
- Track key KPIs and generate summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets, Notion, etc.
Executive Support:
- Schedule and organize meetings, create agendas, and take notes.
- Track action items and follow-ups across teams and calendars.
- Draft internal updates and executive summaries.
Marketing & Content Ops:
- Assist with marketing campaigns, social content scheduling, and repurposing blog posts.
- Conduct market and competitor research (pricing, feature comparisons).
- Help maintain the company website or CMS
(optional).
CRM & Customer Insights:
- Maintain clean CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Assist with lead generation and prospect research.
- Monitor support channels, escalate issues, and
summarize customer feedback.
Automation & Tools:
- Set up and manage workflows in tools like Zapier, Airtable, or Notion.
- Manage project tracking and status updates using Trello, Asana, or similar.
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable navigating digital tools, no-code platforms, and dashboards.
- Excellent written English (for documentation, communication, and summarizing data).
- Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
- Bonus Experience working in a startup or
product-led environment.
