Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level and advanced technical support across all operational units.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of communication equipment,
including PCs and emergency communication equipment.
- Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of technical systems and
equipment on project sites.
- Conduct routine diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and system health checks.
- Provide technical guidance during operations and field deployments.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.
- Support the integration of new technologies into existing processes.
- Collaborate with project managers, field engineers, and installation teams to support
seamless project execution.
- Provide on-site technical support during construction and installation activities to
ensure systems function effectively.
- Verify all installed equipment meets required standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to identify and specify required technical tools
and components
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all equipment, tools, and communication
devices.
- Document technical incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities
- Assist in developing and updating SOPs, user manuals, and operational guides.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during all technical activities.
