We are a fast-growing software company based in Lagos, and we are seeking an intelligent, experienced, and high-performing Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the financial services sector.
- Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Representing the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Over 3-4 years of experience in business development, preferably within a software house or technology company.
- Strong understanding of the financial services market and operations.
- Proven track record of driving growth, building strong client relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent knowledge of market trends and competitor landscape.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in OEM alliances such as Microsoft, Google, etc
- Experience in a similar position in a software house and strong business contacts in Asset Management firms, Stockbroking Houses, Trust Management, and Finance Houses are compulsory
