IT Project Manager – Bave Design Studio

Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client projects, from initiation to delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the project. Collaborate closely with the design team, ensuring project requirements are clearly defined and executed. Develop project timelines and allocate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to clients and addressing any concerns or issues. Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Contribute to the development and improvement of operational workflows and organizational structure.

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the web design or digital agency industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and the design team. Familiarity with design principles and the ability to discuss design concepts with clients. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. Proactive mindset with the ability to contribute to operational improvements.
