Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT - IT-Networking & Cybersecurity Officer to secure our digital banking infrastructure, ensure CBN cybersecurity compliance, and manage core banking systems. The ideal candidate will prevent fraud in mobile/online banking, optimize rural branch connectivity, and implement disaster recovery protocols.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance with CBN’s Risk-Based Cybersecurity Framework.
- Prevent fraud in digital banking (multi-factor authentication, transaction monitoring).
- Manage core banking systems (BankOne, Temenos T24, Finacle).
- Optimize network infrastructure for rural branches (VSAT, hybrid cloud solutions).
- Implement disaster recovery & data backup for financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
- 5+ years in banking IT, cybersecurity, or fintech.
- Certifications: CEH, CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP (a plus).
- Firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), encryption.
- Core banking software (BankOne, T24, Finacle).
- Disaster recovery planning.
- Knowledge of CBN’s cybersecurity guidelines for MFBs.
