Job Summary
We are hiring an Inventory & Purchase Manager to oversee stock levels and approve purchase requests at our Suleja factory. The ideal candidate will ensure raw and finished goods availability, coordinate with production, and manage inventory using ERP tools.

- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods
- Approve or reject purchase requests in line with inventory forecasts and production needs
- Forecast stock requirements based on production schedules
- Receive, inspect, and document all incoming materials and supplies
- Coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
- Track and reconcile stock records using ERP software (e.g., Odoo)
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm deliveries and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with internal inventory control procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- HND/BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
- Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems
- Negotiatio, communication, analytical thinking and attention to detail
