Job Description/Requirements
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all storage locations.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports to management.
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to forecast stock needs.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and categorization of stock items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storage environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Use inventory software to track orders, deliveries, and stock movements.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse, or storekeeping.
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
- Proficiency in inventory or ERP software (e.g., PHP-based inventory systems/Retail Software, Excel, etc.).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
