Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Conduct regular stock audits and promptly reconcile discrepancies using Odoo ERP.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with business requirements.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Odoo inventory modules; train staff on system usage.
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team while enforcing safety standards.
- Generate accurate inventory reports and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in inventory management.
- Strong proficiency with Odoo ERP and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and rapid learning capabilities.
