Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Inventory Analysis Intern to assist the Inventory and Supply Chain team. The trainee will play a key role in tracking stock levels, analyzing inventory data, and supporting logistics operations to ensure efficient resource management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support daily inventory tracking and stock management processes.
- Assist with regular inventory audits, physical counts, and variance investigations.
- Analyze stock movements and report on slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Help maintain inventory records and ensure data accuracy in the inventory system.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels.
- Assist in implementing inventory control measures and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or current NYSC Corper in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of inventory software systems is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Interest in sustainability and operational excellence.
Duration: NYSC Service Year or Graduate Trainee Program (6–12 months)
