Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an audit strategy & annual plan
- Lead & mentor the Internal Audit team
- Conduct branches and warehouse inventory and cash audits
- Ensure compliance with SOPs & financial controls
- Investigate fraud, theft, or irregularities
- Evaluate IT, ERP/ODOO, POS & data security systems
- Present clear audit insights to senior leadership
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA + B.Sc./HND in Accounting (or related field)
- 5+ years progressive audit experience (retail preferred)
- Strong knowledge of retail operations & inventory management
- High integrity, analytical mindset, and ERP/ODOO proficiency
