Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and agents.
- Lead and supervise the marketing/sales team to achieve set targets.
- Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Brand Management:
- Enhance brand visibility through campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
- Coordinate promotional activities and product launches.
- Manage advertising, public relations, and social media presence.
Product Development Support:
- Collaborate with underwriting and product teams to design competitive insurance products.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights for product improvement.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track marketing performance metrics and ROI.
- Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports for management.
- Ensure marketing activities align with regulatory and compliance requirements
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIIN, ACII) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in insurance marketing or sales.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
