Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (vendor, customer, SaaS, licensing, NDAs, etc.).
- Advise leadership on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Support corporate governance and board-related matters.
- Manage employment law issues and HR collaboration.
- Oversee intellectual property strategy and protection.
- Coordinate and manage outside counsel as needed.
- Mitigate risk and develop internal policies and procedures.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions (if applicable)
Requirement:
- Minimum BSC.
- In a similar role, 2 years of previous experience.
Active bar membership in good standing in [State]
Strong background in [corporate/commercial/technology/regulatory/etc.] law
