Job Summary

We are looking for a well-trained human resource personnel who would oversee the daily Running of the business, as well as ensure that every activity is done smoothly.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of the business.
  • Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff.
  • Serve as a link between the organization's management and its employees.
  • Ensure that the working environments are safe for both staff and customers.



Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND 
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
  • Good communicator
  • Understands and carries out the organization's goals and mission.
  • Must have listening ears for both staff and customers.
