Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for overall personnel management for the company and report directly to the Managing Director

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Development of recruitment strategies
  • Conduct interviews and hiring of personnel
  • Onboarding/induction of new employees
  • Implementing system for managing staff benefits, payroll etc.
  • Manage employee's relationship, dispute/grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Conduct performance appraisal and wage reviews
  • Develop clear personnel policies and ensure awareness and compliance


Requirements:

  • Proven competency in Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
