Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding of staff.
- Preparation, Review, and Implementation of policies and procedural manuals
- Preparation and management of payroll and other statutory filings
- Identifying training needs and organizing training required for staff development
- Managing and supervising delivery timelines on tasks
- Preparation and presentation of regular reports to Senior Management
- Ensuring compliance of the Company and Clients with new and extant labor/regulatory requirements
- Managing communication flow between staff and management
- Managing Staff, Clients, Contractors, and other 3rd parties
- Attendance at Client meetings and negotiating with new Clients
- Onboarding of new Clients
- Purchase and maintenance of office supplies, office equipment, and the office facility as a whole
- Implementation of effective document and library management systems and coordinating filings
- Liaising with government officials at the federal, state, and local government levels
- Contributing to making managerial decisions
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Technologically savvy and skilled in the use of Ms. Office packages and different technologies to achieve objectives
- Extremely goal oriented with the ability to develop and implement ideas
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Hardworking and willing to take up new challenges
- In-depth knowledge of labour and regulatory requirements
- Having an HR certification will be an added advantage
