Job Summary

We are looking for a well experienced and seasoned Human Resource Professional, with dynamic skill and proven track record in managing various diverse Teams. The Human Relationship and Admin officer will be responsible to Develop and implement HR strategies to align with the company's goals and objectives

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Handle the administrative functions in the organization.
  • Conduct interviews and selection processes.
  • Onboard new employees and conduct orientation programs.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee data, records, and benefits administration
  • Manage all human resource and Admin related work for all subsidiaries
  • The candidate must be able to multi task across different industry.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent in building culture, Structure, Processes and System formation.



Requirements:

  • This position is open preferably to a female candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be an added advantage. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g, ATS)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be very Hardworking, have Emotional Intelligent.
  • Must be dogged, dedicated and result oriented.
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be detail oriented.
  • Must be analytical and able to understand complex information.
  • Good appreciation of Microsoft office word, and Excel.
