Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Personnel with experience in operations to join our team and contribute to our HR department's success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, operations and HR administration.

  • Minimum Qualification: MBA / MSc
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting recruitment efforts for various positions within the company, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Handling employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Managing employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Supporting performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
  • Managing HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and updating HR databases.
  • Coordinating operations activities, such as managing vendor relations, and ensuring free flow of operational processes.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Strong Organizational skill
