Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support, and develop talents through developing policies and managing procedures. A Human Resources Manning Guards Officer (HR) is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members. They also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, Equal employment opportunity (EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • The HR Manning Guards Officer will be responsible for coordinating and managing the recruitment, hiring, and placement of security personnel for on-site roles in the Mushin area




Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the security industry
  • Working knowledge of labor laws, personnel policies, and recruiting procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, employees, and management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
  • Experience in security, law enforcement, or the military is a plus
