Job Summary

As an HR Generalist at Frontlett Virtualting, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with our management team to foster a positive work environment and support our employees in achieving their professional goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance morale and retention.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs.

Compliance and Record Keeping:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

HR Policy Development:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Communicate policies and procedures to employees and ensure consistent application.

Benefits Administration:

  • Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.

HR Projects and Initiatives:

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
