This role is responsible for designing the end-to-end care delivery model, from carer recruitment and training to client onboarding, care quality monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and operationalize Medbuddy Care’s end-to-end care delivery framework, which includes staffing, scheduling, patient intake, monitoring, and carer matching
- Collaborate with the people's team to hire, onboard, and manage certified carers while ensuring they meet training, background check, and documentation requirements.
- Set up SOPs for client needs assessment, care plan design, and carer assignment.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop digital tools for carer tracking, reporting, and case management.
- Establish a clinical advisory board to ensure high-quality, compliant caregiving practices.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through exceptional service, referrals, and quality reviews
- Liaise with legal, insurance, and medical regulators to ensure compliance with health and care policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, or Healthcare Administration.
- 6+ years of experience in elderly care, home healthcare, or care operations.
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills in care settings.
- Familiarity with care regulations, compliance, and carer training frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with tech, clinical, and regulatory teams.
- Ability to manage P&L, budgets, and service quality metrics.
