Head of Medbuddy Care

Responsibilities:

• Design and operationalize Medbuddy Care’s end-to-end care delivery framework, which includes staffing, scheduling, patient intake, monitoring, and carer matching
• Collaborate with the people's team to hire, onboard, and manage certified carers while ensuring they meet training, background check, and documentation requirements.
• Set up SOPs for client needs assessment, care plan design, and carer assignment.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop digital tools for carer tracking, reporting, and case management.
• Establish a clinical advisory board to ensure high-quality, compliant caregiving practices.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through exceptional service, referrals, and quality reviews
• Liaise with legal, insurance, and medical regulators to ensure compliance with health and care policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, or Healthcare Administration.
• 6+ years of experience in elderly care, home healthcare, or care operations.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills in care settings.
• Familiarity with care regulations, compliance, and carer training frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with tech, clinical, and regulatory teams.
• Ability to manage P&L, budgets, and service quality metrics.
