We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead the IT operations of our organization. The Successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of IT Systems, infrastructure and digital platforms that support our broadcast and online operations while ensuring system security and reliability.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including services, networks, storage and cloud solutions.
- Ensure smooth operations of broadcast, digital and multimedia platforms by providing troubleshooting and technical support to users of the network.
- Lead the design, implementation and maintain of software systems that support editorial, production and advertising functions.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures..
- Perform regular
maintenance for computer systems, Hard disks, printers, network systems, and any
other technical equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and deliver innovation solutions to ease business operations.
- Build, Mentor and Supervise the IT team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a silmilar role
