Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all ongoing cases, ensuring effective preparation, filing, and representation in court.
- Develop litigation and dispute resolution strategies aligned with client interests and firm goals.
- Review and approve all court processes, legal opinions, and correspondence prepared by associates.
- Represent the firm and clients in court when required, maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.
- Supervise associates, interns, and clerks, providing mentorship, feedback, and performance guidance.
- Conduct periodic case review meetings to monitor progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability within the chambers.
- Lead recruitment, training, and professional development of junior legal staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely updates and professional communication.
- Advise clients on complex legal matters and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand the firm’s client base and service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with court procedures, ethical standards, and firm policies.
- Manage the chambers’ schedule, workload distribution, and case documentation.
- Liaise with the Principal Partner on strategic initiatives and overall firm management.
- Contribute to practice growth by improving internal processes and enhancing productivity.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience
- Degree in law
