Job Summary
Your primary role (80%) will be client acquisition—strategically increasing occupancy rates by leveraging your existing database, network, and personal brand. You should already have a proven clientele base and be confident in your ability to fill and grow this new space. Please note that this is fieldwork and not a desk job.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively market and promote the hotel/apartments to individuals, companies, agencies, and digital audiences.
- Maintain and grow a personal database of loyal clients who trust your judgment and are open to trying new, premium locations.
- Oversee guest satisfaction and retention, ensuring that presentation, aesthetics, and hygiene standards are consistently upheld (in collaboration with onsite supervisors).
- Attend site 2 to 3 times weekly (flexible days between Monday and Saturday), mainly for inspections, high-level guest interactions, or tours.
- Collaborate with the management to tailor marketing strategies and pricing that reflect demand and positioning.
- Offer insights on market trends, brand partnerships, and revenue-driving opportunities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND/OND academic qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong network of existing clients or agency contacts in Abuja or similar urban hubs.
- Demonstrable track record of driving occupancy or clientele growth in hospitality, luxury, or service industries.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills – your image and reputation are part of the brand.
- Ability to assess and maintain high aesthetic and cleanliness standards in coordination with staff (without managing day-to-day operations).
- Social media presence is a plus – candidates should be able to share LinkedIn, Instagram, or relevant handles to support personal branding.
- Must be Abuja-based or very familiar with the Maitama hospitality scene.
