About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to help drive awareness, engagement, and enrollment across our digital channels — someone equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels
Own content calendars and manage day-to-day social media presence
Track performance metrics (CAC, conversion rates, engagement) and optimize based on data
Support lead generation and enrollment campaigns for cohort launches
Collaborate with the team on partnerships, community building, and brand awareness initiatives
Requirements
1–3 years' experience in digital/growth marketing (agency, startup, or in-house)
Strong grasp of social media platforms, content strategy, and basic analytics tools
Excellent written communication skills
Self-starter, comfortable working remotely and independently
Bonus: experience with paid ads (Meta/Google) or email marketing tools
