Responsibilities:
- Create creative designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, banners, posters, presentations, and advertisements.
- Develop visual concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Design logos, branding materials, and promotional content as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing, communications, and sales teams to produce compelling visual campaigns.
- Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
- Prepare artwork for print production and digital publishing.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing and communication materials.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, creative techniques, and industry best practices.
- Review designs for accuracy before final production or publication.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.
- Perform other creative and design-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools such as CorelDRAW, Canva, or Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across print and digital media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and artistic skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, and social media content creation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and translate ideas into impactful visual designs.
