General Manager

Responsibilities:

• The manager oversees the productivity of the store and manages the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Shall drive the optimization of DOS store sales and profitability.
• Shall coordinate all employees, ensuring accurate cash register operations and inventory management at all times
• The manager is to make sure the store is neat, in good condition, and properly arranged for daily operations.
• The manager is to assign duties to other staff either daily or weekly to make the store operate efficiently.
• The manager performs store opening and closing operations.
• The manager is to go around the store every morning to check on items if they are properly arranged and check for rumpled dresses to be steamed.
• They coordinate employee management, cash register operations, and inventory.
• The manager also helps in carrying out stocktaking, labeling, and pricing items.
• The manager is expected to deal with customer complaints and suggest solutions and if it is what is beyond them, you relate it to the CEO
• The manager is required to maintain excellent customer service and oversee the layout of the store.
• The manager's role is to optimize store sales and profitability, bringing new ideas to help the company grow.
• The manager works with the digital manager, brand, and marketing manager on how to improve sales on digital platforms and optimization of the company. 

Requirements:

• A minimum of BSc 
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Knowledge of business processes and functions 
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
