Responsibilities

• Receive walk-in customers with a warm attitude and professional conduct

• Adherence to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Receive orders for eat-in, takeout and delivery from request to order fulfilment, in strict adherence to Turn Around Time

• Provide accurate response to customers’ inquiries on our products and services in-person or via Instant Messaging where required

• Maintain a professional relationship with existing and new customers

• Involved in stock control and management

• Ensure adequate stock levels and accurate records of bar items and dining utensils

• Other ad hoc duties as may be assigned by the Head Waiter

Requirements

• Diploma in any of the Social Sciences

• 2 years’ experience as a Floor Attendant in a top hotel or restaurant

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Friendly and engaging personality; high level of social and emotional intelligence

• Calm and collected under pressure

• Attention to detail and good with numbers

• Physical and mental fitness

• Must reside within Port Harcourt
