Job summary
Drive on-ground sales by visiting prospects, generating leads, building customer relationships, and helping convert inquiries into paying customers in assigned locations. This role is for someone who is comfortable working in the field every day visiting locations, speaking directly with prospects, creating awareness, gathering leads, and supporting conversions. The ideal candidate is persuasive, well-spoken, self-motivated, and able to represent the brand professionally in estates, business districts, office clusters, and other target locations.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Visit target locations daily to promote Wattforge’s solar solutions.
- Speak with homeowners, business owners, and prospects to explain what Wattforge offers.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up on interested prospects.
- Support customer conversion through direct engagement and basic product explanation.
- Distribute flyers, share brand information, and create local market awareness.
- Keep daily records of visits, leads, conversations, and outcomes.
- Report market feedback, customer objections, and opportunities from the field.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for activity and lead generation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an SSCE (OND, and above in any relevant field is an added advantage.)
- Experience in field marketing, direct sales, door-to-door marketing, or outdoor lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching people and starting conversations.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with Lekki, Ajah, and surrounding areas is an advantage.
- Applicant must reside in Lagos.
