Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Mobilize and train clients or groups on loan and savings products.
- Conduct credit appraisals and business assessments.
- Supervise loan disbursement and ensure proper utilization.
- Monitor repayment and follow up on overdue loans.
- Encourage savings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and submit accurate field and loan reports.
