Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establish contacts and schedule appointments with customers.
- Assist customers with updates and changes to existing products
- Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time
- Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery and pick-up address and keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date, and method
- Polite and able to get along with people
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any created discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience
- Must know how to ride a bike
- Must know how to use an iPhone
- Must be conversant with Lagos routes.
