Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Factory Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of production staff to ensure efficient production processes
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure budgetary targets are met
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality products
- Identify and resolve production problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations
- Train and develop production staff to improve skills and knowledge
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
