Job Description/Requirements
- The candidate must be able to carry out a valuation of property with little or no assistance.
- Estimate the market value of land, buildings, and commercial (real estate) properties
- Helping clients maximize profits from the sale or rent of their property
- Must be able to write detailed reports
- Carry out business and insurance valuations
- Offer investment appraisals and advice
- Keep up to date with the property market.
- Be proactive and very good in Agency
- Driving skills is an added advantage
- Good marketing and communication skills is required.
