Edge Outsourcing, a leader in custom web and software development, seeks a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a closing expert with a proven track record of converting leads into profitable projects. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic sales engagement

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Management: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential clients seeking custom web development and software solutions. Strategically manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through successful project closure.
  • Sales Closing: Employ a consultative sales approach to deeply understand client pain points and propose tailored Edge Outsourcing solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and potential referrals.
  • Market Understanding: Stay up-to-date on web and software development market trends, client industries, and competitors to position Edge Outsourcing's services effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track, report on sales activities, and analyze performance against targets. Adjust strategies and approaches as needed to optimize results.


Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets, specifically in closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and focused on achieving outstanding sales results.
  • Strong organisational skills to effectively manage multiple leads and prioritise activities.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to creatively apply them to close deals.
  • Knowledge on web development, software development, or related technology industries is a significant advantage.


Location:
Remote


Remuneration: Commission-Based (10% on all closed sales)

  • Highly competitive commission rate of 10% on all closed sales, rewarding outstanding performance
