Responsibilities:
- Safely transport the Executive to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe, and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times, including regular servicing and cleaning.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals at scheduled appointments and meetings.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage and other items as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with passengers and other staff.
- Inspect and maintain the vehicle and all related equipment, putting in repair requests to HR & Admin. Team leads as necessary to maintain safe operation.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and trip logs.
- Work during weekends and in shifts.
- Perform work-related errands as requested, such as going to the post office and bank.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum S.S.C.E
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
