Responsibilities:
- Deliver documents, packages, and items to clients or locations promptly
- Plan efficient routes to meet delivery timelines
- Receive and verify items for dispatch before delivery
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts
- Ensure the motorcycle is in good working condition
- Follow traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
- Handle deliveries with care to avoid damage or loss
- Report any delays, accidents, or issues encountered during delivery
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery where required
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
- Valid rider’s permit/license
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider
- Good knowledge of road networks and navigation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge
- Good communication skills
