Job Description/Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

The duties & responsibilities are not limited to the following;

·         To market the company’s products which includes lands and housings

·         To prepare a proper sales report to superiors through scheduled reporting pathways

·         To organize face-to-face meetings with clients, cold calls and emails to potential clients

·         To continually maintain positive relationship with existing clients to retain business

·         Schedule and conduct site inspections and follow up

·         Close sales

 

REQUIREMENTS

·         Real Estate Marketing Experience

·         Ability to convince

·         Digital Marketing skills

·         Good communication and presentation skills

·         Dogged, Rugged and determined to achieve results

·         Remuneration, commission, performance based incentives,

·         Can be hired as full time employee after 6 months of high performance
