Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, referrals, field visits, networking, and other channels
- Promote and explain the company’s products or services to prospective customers
- Contact potential customers and convert qualified leads into customers
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products or services

Prepare and submit customer applications, forms, and required documentation accurately
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers throughout the sales process

Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and completed transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about products, pricing, terms, and procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests and applications
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, with the ability to meet targets and work independently.
