As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations, including planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, marketing database.
  • Advertise the company services on all social media platforms such as email marketing, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and building funnels and landing pages.
  • Well versed in SEO Marketing, hashtags and other lead generating tools for conversion of leads
  • Applicant must be competent in content creation and development as well as in the use of graphic design applications such as Canva, Corel Draw etc.
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote our services.
  • Work closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, market research, promoting our services.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for Tugrow1688 Logistics.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technology and best practices in online marketing and measurement.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Experience in digital marketing or Business Development (1 and half years).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and offline marketing strategies.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Available to resume immediately.
