Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, search engines, email, and display advertising).
- Create engaging and relevant content (graphics, videos, blogs, newsletters, reels, etc.) tailored to target audiences.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct SEO and website performance improvements to enhance visibility and lead generation.
- Analyze digital marketing performance, generate reports, and recommend data-driven strategies.
- Build and engage online communities through interactive campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social engagement.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills for digital audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Creative problem solver, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
